Welcome to Colly. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. THE SERVICE

Colly provides an AI assistant that connects to WhatsApp to help businesses manage customer inquiries. The service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be subject to downtime or AI inaccuracies.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

- Plans are billed monthly or yearly via Paystack. - You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle. - Message caps apply per plan. Overage messages require purchasing credits.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to use Colly to: - Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or bulk messages. - Violate Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policy. - Engage in illegal activities.

4. AI DISCLAIMER

The AI generates responses based on the product data you provide. While we strive for accuracy, Colly is not responsible for incorrect information generated by the AI. The business owner is responsible for monitoring conversations and taking over when necessary.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
